10. Australian box jelly fish - 90 kills per year 

In Australia, fatalities are most often caused by the largest species of this class of jellyfish, Chironex fleckeri. Researchers at the University of Hawaii's Department of Tropical Medicine found the venom causes cells to become porous enough to allow potassium leakage, causing hyperkalemia, which can lead to cardiovascular collapse and death as quickly as within 2 to 5 minutes. It was postulated that a zinc compound may be developed as an antidote. Even this is more venomous than others the kill rate is much less. So we placed it in 10th position

The hippopotamus is the world's deadliest large land mammal, killing an estimated 600 people per year in Africa. Hippos are aggressive creatures, and they have very sharp teeth.
And you would not want to get stuck under one; at up to 2,750kg they can crush a human to death.

Less than half of the 25 crocodilian species have been involved in fatal attacks on humans, and only crocodilians about 2.5 metres (8.2 ft) in length or more represent a serious danger to humans, as smaller crocodilians are considered incapable of killing adults. However, even the smallest species can inflict painful bites requiring stitches. In addition, a small child may be of a similar size to the prey of some of the crocodilian species incapable of preying on adult humans. It has been estimated that about 1,000 people are killed by crocodilians each year.

The Buthidae are the largest family of scorpions, containing about 80 genera and over 800 species as of mid-2008. Its members are known as, for example, fat-tailed scorpions and bark scorpions. A few very large genera (Ananteris, Centruroides, Compsobuthus, or Tityus) are known, but a high number of species-poor or monotypic ones also exist.nearly 3500 people died by scorpion bite.

Roughly 50,000 people die of snakebites(Indian cobra) in India every year, according to the American Society of Tropical Medicine and Hygiene, accounting for nearly half of the 100,000 annual snakebite deaths the world over.

2.Tsetse Fly-300,000 kills per year

Human African trypanosomiasis is caused by microscopic parasites of the species Trypanosoma brucei. It is transmitted by the tsetse fly (genus Glossina). As the disease progresses, it causes meningoencephalitis and, eventually, coma and/or death, hence its common name, “sleeping sickness.” It is estimated that 60–70 million people in 36 sub-Saharan African countries are at risk of infection,  over 300,000 people died by this disease.

Mosquito-borne diseases or mosquito-borne illnesses are diseases caused by bacteria, viruses or parasites transmitted by mosquitoes. They can transmit disease without being affected themselves. Nearly 700 million people get a mosquito-borne illness each year resulting in over Two million deaths.
